FAQ

Questions shippers ask us

Which trucks can I book?

17 ft trucks (4.5–5 T, open or closed body), 20 ft containers (6.5–7 T), and 32 ft containers in single axle (7–9 T) and multi axle (14–18 T) variants.

What is the difference between a 32 ft SXL and MXL?

Both have the same 32 Γ— 8 Γ— 8 ft body. The single axle (SXL) is rated for about 7–9 tonnes and suits light, bulky cargo. The multi axle (MXL) has extra axles and a heavier chassis, carries about 14–18 tonnes, and costs more per km.

Is the truck yours or a third-party vehicle?

Either. We place our own truck when one is available on your route, and a verified partner truck when it is not or when a return-load truck gives you a better rate. You deal only with us, and the same documentation, tracking and service standards apply.

How is the freight charge calculated?

Mainly by distance and vehicle size, adjusted for route demand, return-load availability and loading date. Tolls, loading and unloading, detention beyond free time and GST are listed separately in your quote so there are no surprises.

Which locations do you serve?

All of Tamil Nadu plus Bengaluru, Kochi and Hyderabad along with their industrial belts. Interstate trips between these regions are our core routes. Ask us for other South Indian destinations.

What documents do I need to give?

A tax invoice or delivery challan for the goods and an e-way bill where applicable (most consignments above β‚Ή50,000). We issue the lorry receipt at loading and share the POD after delivery.

How soon can a truck be placed?

In major hubs a truck can often be placed the same day or next morning, subject to availability. For guaranteed placement, book a day ahead or ask about a dedicated vehicle contract.

Is my cargo insured during transit?

Vehicles carry mandatory motor insurance, but that does not fully cover the value of your goods. We recommend goods-in-transit insurance and can help you arrange it.
